I ordered this from bathladirect.com, and overall it’s been okay. Once I set it up, it felt fairly solid, but a couple of the parts don’t feel quite as strong as I was expecting. I reached out to support just to check, and they basically said something like, “It’s designed for regular use and should hold up fine,” which is fair enough. Nothing has broken or caused any major issue, it just doesn’t feel super heavy-duty. For the price, I’d say it’s alright, but I do wish the sturdiness was a little better.
